My name is Mario J. Mendoza and I started AfterIMeditate in 2022 with a single goal: create a newbie friendly resource on meditation and mental health, something I wish I had when I was starting out.
Who Is AfterIMeditate For?
I created this site for those who are curious about self improvement and want a change in their lives. I was always searching for ways to increase my happiness and wanted this project to be a great landing spot for users like you who want to explore different meditations, mental health issues, self improvement topics and just want more out of life.
